Please bring any information you have that will aid our veterinarians in understanding your pet’s history. This includes medical records, test results, x-rays, and your notes and observations.
 
We want to know about your pet’s nutrition, behavior, environment , and anything you think might be helpful. 
 
We recommend that you withhold food from your pet for 12 hours before your visit, If coming in for surgery. (No food, but water is okay.)
 
A fresh stool sample is also helpful, in case a test for intestinal parasites is warranted.
